1. What materials are your products made of?
Our products are made from natural fibers, including cotton, jute, and other sustainable materials, carefully handcrafted for durability and style.

Yes, all our products are made using environmentally friendly materials and processes. We are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.
3. How do I care for my cotton rope basket?
To keep your basket looking its best, simply spot clean with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry.
4. Can I use the baskets outdoors?
While our baskets are durable, they are best suited for indoor use to maintain their quality. Prolonged exposure to the elements may cause them to wear out faster.
5. Are the baskets suitable for storing heavy items?
Our baskets are designed to hold moderate weight, such as clothes, toys, food or blankets. For very heavy items, we recommend using a larger basket or one specifically designed for weight-bearing.
7. How do I process a refund for my COD order?
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and any other order, we issue store credit which can be used in next purchase. Please allow 3 business days from the day return is approved, for the store credit to be processed.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days from the day it is dispatched. In case of delay, we will keep you informed.

9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging our products. If your basket arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the unpacking video on hello@themusehomes.in, and we will arrange for replacement or refund after return approval by us. Please go through our Return and Refund policy.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 to 4 business days. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
