Shipping and Delivery

The Muse Homes ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

Orders are usually delivered at all locations within 5-10 days of placing the order on our website.

ORDER DISPATCH

The Muse Homes orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-4 business days for metro cities and 5-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control. We will issue store credit for price of the products ordered.
