Returns and Refund

Did not like the items you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a home decor product but change your mind later and decide not to keep it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

Inform:

Please share the Order ID, name and image of the product via email at hello@themusehomes.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. Once we approve your return request, the next step follows.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently.

Return:

Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, we will schedule reverse pickup from your shipping address once. We will request you to keep the products you wish to return ready for pickup with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged upon receipt at our warehouse or without its original packaging.

Refund:

The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable credit and issue store credit. You can use the store credit on your next purchase.

Total of 10% of product cost, will be deducted from refund, for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders or any other returns, towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.

Cancellation of your order:

Every order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Store credit will be issued for prepaid orders which are cancelled. The credit can be used in your next purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. The customer will get option to receive a full refund via the original payment method or store credit.

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund- Refund will be credited in your customer account in the form of store credit. Please allow 3 to 4 days for the refund to be processed.

In case the store credit is not received after 48 to 72 business hours of order reverse pickup, please write to us at hello@themusehomes.in

For damaged product received by you, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or store credit based on your choice and availability of product.

Applicable Deductions

Total of 10% of product cost will be deducted from refund on returns, for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders or any other returns apart for damaged item received by you, towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. Store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. No credit will be provided for packages undelivered returned.
For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the store credit to be issued.

Eligibility

All products sold under our website are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for store credit. The items can be sent back to you at an additional INR 250 shipping cost.
Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours, are not eligible for returns.

Refund Time

Store credit will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
For damaged product received by you, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product within 5-10 business days or store credit based on your choice and availability of product.

Damaged Product Received

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

1) Inform within 48 Hours Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at hello@themusehomes.in and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail at the earliest.

2) Reverse Pickup Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 48 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. The products should be returned within 1 week of the delivery.

3) Resolution Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will issue refund in the form of store credit of the original cost of the product. No refund will be issued for any shipping fee or COOD charges. Store credit can be used for future purchases.

Important:

* Total of 10% of product cost will be deducted from refund on returns.

* No refund of Shipping fee or COD handling charges will be issued.

* No credit will be provided for packages undelivered returned. We can ship the package again with extra cost of INR 250 on request.

* Damaged / used / products returned without original packaging are not eligible for store credit. The items can be sent back to you at an additional INR 250 shipping cost.
